Chief is responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and implementing Hellenic Air Force Virtual's long and short term plans. The Chief acts as a direct liaison between IVAO Special Operations and the Military Leadership of the Hellenic Air Force Virtual and communicates to IVAO on behalf of HAFv.

Chief of v.TAF presides over meetings of the assembled Staff Group and conducts its Operations in an orderly fashion in strict accordance to IVAO Special Operations Division. When the Staff Group is not in session, the v.TAF Chief's duties often include acting as its head, its representative to the outside world and its spokesperson.

Commander of v.ATC is responsible to set up a comprehensive and educational training platform for new and experienced military pilots. Provide advise and guidence according to standards and procedures set by IVAO and in accordance to military standards.

Commander of v.AFSC is responsible for supporting the HAFvirtual on daily operations, like maintaining the webserver, creating sceneries, providing new softwares, painting liveries, etc.

Director of A' v.Branch (Operations) is responsible for the operations of the HAF Virtual in cooperation with the Chief of v.Air Force Tactical Air Force.

Director of Support v.Branch is responsible for the support of the operations of the HAF Virtual in cooperation with the Commander of v.Air Force Support Command.
