Recruitment Process

Step 1 - Registration

If you want to join in HAF Virtual Classes you can fill the registration form.

  • First of all you have to read our Rules & Regulations, and if you agree you can continue.
  • Fill out our form with your information so we can review it and ask you for an interview on Discord.
  • A staff member of HAF Virtual will contact you via discord. There will be a few questions about your experience with simulation and military ops to get to know you a bit.
  • All information is private according to our data policy and only the HR team will have access to it.

Step 2 - Training Program

After your interview you will be assign to 361st Air Training vSquadron to start your training in military ops.

  • There will be the basic training and a introduction in flying a military aircraft, in this stage you will be flying the T-6A Texan II aircraft which is available on both MSFS, X-Plane and P3D platforms. This stage has an estimated duration of 15 flying hours.
  • After your successful validation on T-6A Texan II aircraft you will be assign to 362nd Air Training vSquadron to continue your training in more complex military tasks. This stage has an estimated duration of 10 flying hours.
  • Finally, you will take a checkride with one of our instructors to evaluate your training and after the successful checkride you will be assign to an operational vSquadron.

Step 3 - Operational Assignment

After your successful training you will be assigned to an operational vSquadron to operate with other HAF Virtual members and participate to daily ops, events, operations, missions, etc.

The assigned vSquadron chose based on your progress during the training and your likings.
